Because these products are customized, all custom-shaped hats are considered final sale once shaping has been completed.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our hat shaping services:

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on hats that have been custom shaped or otherwise customized.

If you receive an incorrect item or an item that is damaged during shipping, please contact us promptly so we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
